However, 参加博士课程或即将完成课程的员工 of a Doctorate, the tuition for two courses per academic year may be waived. FMLA forms

Entitlement to these benefits begins on the eighth (8th) day of disability. The first seven (7) days of the disability are payable only if the disability lasts 14 days or more.
